All users of Team IHA and all buyers of Team IHA must comply with the following t&c.
Team IHA gathers personal information over a secure network (https), and Team IHA uses that information on our customer portal, email@example.com, to give users access to features like checking the cost of the software, account information, discounts, and instant refund approval. We gather information so that the customer portal can display the specifics of their subscription plan.
Money back or Refund Policy
For 30 days following the date of purchase or download, as appropriate, we will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return requirements outlined below. Any return or exchange that doesn’t adhere to our return criteria may be refused by us. The Refund Policy has more information.
Team IHA is the sole owner of the software’s rights, and to charge the full amount name Team IHA is used. By visiting Team IHA or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, users can check their software account details and request a refund.

Users from all over the world are buying the software that we sell. We accept US dollars as a form of payment. The country where an individual or legal business entity purchasing a license has a registered address (referred to as the “Country of Purchase”) determines the payment currency. Thus, everyone can easily pay.
Customers can use a credit card or PayPal to make their transactions when buying software through FastSpring. You might need to enter payment information depending on the online payment method you choose.
A “Purchase” is considered to have occurred if an online payment is successful.
You will receive your software electronically. At the email address you provided at the time of purchase, you will receive an activation key for the product you have purchased along with instructions on how to activate it.

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes, including sales tax, VAT, withholding tax, and any other taxes that may be imposed by the relevant jurisdiction, if you purchase the software. The billing information you provide during the time of purchase is used to calculate taxes.
Within 2 business days, after your purchase is completed, you will get a copy of your invoice. Additionally, users can access our customer portal email at firstname.lastname@example.org, to check their information.
