The Review Mechanism model is an industrial peer review process that assists Team IHA to effectively implement the conventional process of Business tasks and assignments of their clients and vendors significantly. The purpose of review mechanism is to maintain transparent, efficient, non-intrusive, inclusive and impartial attitude towards IHA’s all stakeholders. In accordance with the terms of reference, each client/vendor is eligible to review IHA’s performance once in a month and share their valuable feedback to the senior management of IHA. The functioning and the performance of the review mechanism is guided and overseen by the Implementation Review Group, a close-ended senior management group of the organization.
