While V18 will continue to function:
- Technical support for V18 will no longer be available.
- To maintain PUSH notifications and license validity, users must upgrade to the latest version of V18.
Push Notification Deadlines
After April 2025, PUSH notifications will no longer be supported on V18.
- Android PUSH support ends: April 2025.
- iOS PUSH support ends: April 2025.
Without these updates, users will no longer receive notifications or alerts for incoming calls.
